UCFS took over that program in 1982 from TVCCA. In 1990, Harold Ross made a donation to UCFS in his wife\u2019s memory to help with seed money to build out Ross Adult Day Center at its current location.<\/p>\n<p>The center caters to seniors who are experiencing decreased independence and isolation.
