Please review the following criteria below. If you believe Sheltering Arms Residential Care Home can offer the right solution for you or your loved one, please <a href=\"http:\/\/ucfseldercare.org\/sheltering-arms\/contact\">contact us for a tour<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/ucfseldercare.org\/sheltering-arms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/SA-APPLICATION-FOR-ADMISSION-11-2019.pdf\">download an application<\/a> for admissions.<\/p>\n<p><i>Physical\/ Mental Capabilities:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent with activities of daily living: Dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ambulatory:<i>\u00a0<\/i>Independent with cane or with walker, able to walk to dining room for meals, etc. \u00a0No wheelchairs.<\/li>\n<li>Oxygen: If ordered by a physician, resident must be able to charge canister and change to portable system as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Diabetes\/Insulin\/Injectables Medication:\u00a0Need to be able to self-administer, no sliding scales.
