If you are experiencing any of symptoms listed\u00a0below, they should be taken seriously.\u00a0Ignoring these symptoms can cause your physical &amp; mental health to decline.\n<ul>\n<li>Exhausted<\/li>\n<li>Stressed<\/li>\n<li>Having sleepless nights<\/li>\n<li>Experiencing changes in appetite or behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Explore ways you can be\u00a0<b>active\u00a0<\/b>with the person that you are caring for.
